What is Noreferrer?
Noreferrer is an HTML attribute for removing all referral information passing through a link click. The attribute is used to hide the origin of a click. This way, it prevents tracking and improves the privacy & security of the visitor.
The noreferrer attribute is added to the anchor element <a> as shown below.
<a href="https://example.com" rel="noreferrer">Link to another site</a>
When a link contains noreferrer attribute, and a user clicks on it, the server of the target website will be unaware of where the visitor has come from.
