When you subscribe to a Rank Math subscription, you will have to provide the email address of your preferred Rank Math account, as shown below.
After your purchase, log in to your Rank Math account dashboard using the email associated with your subscription to verify the subscription has been added.
If the dashboard still shows a FREE account, double-check that you’ve logged in with the correct email address used for the purchase.
To check this, click on the account menu at the top of the page and select ‘Edit Profile’ from the dropdown, or navigate directly to ‘Account details’ in the left sidebar, as indicated below.
On the account details page, scroll down to find your registered email address in the ‘Email address’ section.
If the email address doesn’t match the one used for your purchase, log out by hovering over the account menu and selecting ‘Logout’, as shown below. Then, log back in using the email associated with your purchase.
If the email you added to your PRO plan differs from the one on your FREE account, you must contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan. To open a ticket, visit the Rank Math Support Forum and click the Submit a Ticket button.
In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue. Once done, you can provide more details in the Ticket Question section, as shown below.
In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address.
Note: You need to include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com. Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
With the details provided, our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account, as you requested.
