Rank Math offers 24x7x365 priority support for Business and Agency users. The priority support of the Business and Agency license is applicable for their clients too, but, capped to a maximum of 100 client websites for Business license and 500 client websites for Agency license.

If Business and Agency users’ clients have any support query, more specific to features available in the PRO version of Rank Math, then the support ticket in our forum should be raised by the Business/Agency user holding the license on behalf of the client.
In case if the client is opening a support ticket in Rank Math with a question related to a PRO feature, then we’ll request the client to ask the license provider to open a support ticket instead.

However, if the client is facing any issue or a support query that is related to the feature in the Free version, then they can create a free account at Rank Math and seek support like regular users.
