When you upgrade to a PRO plan, you are required to connect an email address to your account, as shown below.
If the email you added to your PRO plan differs from the one on your FREE account, you must contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan. To do so, navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.
In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue. Once done, you can provide more details in the Ticket Question section, as shown below.
In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address.
Note: You need to include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com. Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
With the details provided, our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account, as you requested.
