1 Update Rank Math to the Latest Version
We’ll discuss how you can restore the missing Content AI usage limits. Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that Rank Math is updated to its latest version.
To do that, head to Rank Math SEO → Plugins from your WordPress dashboard. Rank Math SEO will include a notification if it is not updated to the latest version. In that case, click Update Now to update it, as shown below.
2 Check Your Content AI Usage and Balance
First, log in to your Rank Math account. Once logged in, click on the Websites tab. Then, click Content AI Usage.
Your Content AI usage and balance should be displayed to you, as shown below.
If your Content AI usage and balance are visible, then proceed with the steps below. However, if they are missing, then there is likely a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts, as we mentioned earlier.
In that case, you should contact our support team to merge the two accounts or transfer your usage and balance to the email associated with your account.

3 Reconnect Your Rank Math Account
If your Content AI usage and balance are visible in your Rank Math account, return to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to Rank Math SEO → Help. Then, click Disconnect Account, as shown below.
Once Rank Math is disconnected, click Connect Now, as shown below. Then log back into your Rank Math account.
4 Refresh Your Content AI Usage Limits
Now, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Content AI → Usage from your WordPress dashboard.
Then click Refresh, as shown below. This will refresh your account and restore your Content AI usage limits. Your updated usage limits should now be visible.
