Steps to Ensure That Your Account Has an Active Subscription
To ensure that your website is connected with an active Rank Math subscription, follow the exact steps we’ve discussed below.
1 Check Your Rank Math Subscription
You can head over to the Rank Math website and log in to your account area. From the left sidebar, you can choose Subscriptions to check the current status of your Rank Math subscription.
2 Check if You’re Using the Latest Version of Rank Math PRO
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math PRO plugin. To check if you’re using the latest version of Rank Math PRO, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins and look for the version of Rank Math PRO installed on your website.
You can then check with our official changelog here to ensure you’re using the latest version of Rank Math PRO. If not, you can simply update the plugin or download the latest version of Rank Math PRO directly from your Rank Math Account area.
3 Check if Your Website is Connected
Finally, ensure that you have connected the website using the correct account. You can verify that by heading over to the Websites section inside your Rank Math account area. If your website is not shown here or you’re seeing No connected websites found message as shown below, it indicates that your website is not connected to your Rank Math account.
In that case, you’d need to reconnect your website with this Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. If the page shows Connected, choose Disconnect Account so that you can reconnect your website with your correct Rank Math account.
Now you can click the Connect Now button.
On the next page, ensure you choose the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO license. You can click the drop-down list to choose the Rank Math PRO subscription if you’ve multiple Rank Math PRO subscriptions. Finally, click the OK, ACTIVATE NOW button.
Once your website is successfully connected with your Rank Math PRO account, you will see that status on the Help page of your WordPress dashboard and in your Rank Math Websites section.
