In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to enable & disable Rank Math modules. We’ve designed Rank Math to be modular so people who don’t need certain functionality can easily disable those modules and not have to worry about those additional settings getting in the way – while people that want to take full advantage of everything the plugin has to offer can just as easily enable the modules they need.
How to Enable a Module in Rank Math
To take advantage of any feature in Rank Math, at first, you’ll need to enable its corresponding module, and enabling a module at Rank math is quite easy.
1 Navigate to the Rank Math Dashboard
Head over to the WordPress admin area for your WordPress website and navigate to the Rank Math Dashboard shown under Rank Math SEO → Dashboard – as shown below:
2 Navigate to the Modules Section
In the Rank Math Dashboard, navigate to the Modules section.
3 Enable the Module
In the Module section, enable the module of your choice by clicking the button shown in the bottom, right-hand corner of that module’s information card – as shown below:
How to Disable a Module in Rank Math
Everything in Rank Math is modular so if you do not need particular functionality, disabling that particular module is extremely easy.
1 Navigate to the Rank Math Dashboard
Head over to the WordPress admin area for your WordPress website and navigate to the Rank Math Dashboard shown under Rank Math SEO → Dashboard – as shown below:
2 Navigate to the Modules Section
In the Rank Math Dashboard, navigate to the Modules section.
3 Disable the Module
To disable a particular module, simply click the button shown in the bottom, right-hand corner of that module’s information card – as shown below – until it appears disabled (and is no longer highlighted in blue).
